Finally....I still like the Microsoft better but the Sony wasn't bad either now to wait for Nintendo tomorrow and for Nintendo to announce their new game console.

nope, its kinda weird that after the conferences today there is now talk of me getting a Xbox 360 and also upgrading my PlayStation 2 to a PlayStation 3

...I really think you need to take it one step at a time. That's a lot of money, Kimmy. Stick with the Xbox first. Then we can play games and talk with each other easier.

well that's the plan at the end of the week, i might go with my mom to a few stores to check out xbox 360 prices, she said maybe....I might get one for my birthday, as for the PlayStation 2 upgrade, my mom said the only way I'm getting one is by trading in my PlayStation 2 and to put credit towards the 3 but i don't want to get the 3 unless i know for sure that I can play my kingdom heart games on it.

With Kinect, an Xbox is anywhere between 250 and 500... I think.

most places I looked i found a Xbox360 Kinect bundle with a adventure game for 300 dollars i believe.

It really depends on the console you get Kim. Most of the PS3's made now aren't backwards compatible. You would need to special find the certain types of PS3 that is backwards compatible.

and Fluffy, I had a feeling that would be the case that is why before I take any action i make sure that I don't make a mistake. I heard that Kingdom Hearts 3 which is set to release either next year or the year after was for PlayStation 3 only that is why I'm even considering the switch from 2 to 3.

Well, you can get the Halo: CEA and understand the game. Who won't get that game. <3

Just make sure you have the right one. Do some online research. Or instead keep your PS2. I'm sure you won't get too much for a PS2 until they stop making them and their value sky rockets. You know a pokemon Emerald goes for 70 bucks at Gamestop?

@Derek - Halo game was never one that caught my interesting, I'm not much into shooter, gun games.


@Fluffy - I still have my emerald, I'll make sure i do my research first there are still rumors of whether or not Kingdom Hearts 3 is just set to PlayStation 3 or for PlayStation 2 and 3
