Can you really design things in PhotoShop that could later be used by a web page designer?

I'm a little out of practice recently with no PS. But to degree yeah. I've watching a lot how other peple have been doing to and did up my own pages. Thing was, or school is stupid. As much as Ioved Mrs.Allen my teacher, she is useless as a upper level computers teacher. Or classes was split into this. Dreamweaver/Some Marcromedia....image program that is useful/ and Flash. Oh how I hated Macro Flash. I spent more time fighting that program than anything. But honestly, I could've spent way longer, like all year in dream weaver and then all in flash. You need that sorta time to learn then programs correctly. I didn't have that time. ;_;

Eh, I have no clue what to do with money, though. Maybe some books or something, but I haven't even finished two of the last three ones I bought. Could always use a new game, but I'm not sure which ones to get. =/
