Neither did I, but it does make sense. The apostrophe is part of a programming language. I know it's used in CSS a lot, so it's probably used in C++ just as much.

Rich got tired of people posting HTML and messing up the site. So... he forcefully removed any ability to post HTML. Removing anything in between those two symbols, and the symbols itself is just a safeguard so that nothing gets messed up.

I once typed a big, long paragraph with those facing opposite each other near the beginning and end for some reason (probably to make faces). I was really sad when it turned out as two letters in my post. XD

I want to make a new image that will advertise the Member Brawl. I was thinking something black, with plenty of shading to make it look like boxes were floating above the image. That and a nice repeating circle design for a background.

Interesting Derek...I like the colors and the Pokemon sprites at the top, the 'cutout' shapes of Zekrom and Reshiram as well...Give me a moment, maybe I can think of ideas.

first of all, the boxes in front need to be lighter than the color in the background. For the pokemon brawl picture, I don't like how the colors are too similar. Well... I'll just get to work on what I think it should look like since it'll be a better explanation.
