Hes making mistakes or at least thats the case with the ar thread he moved to trading. =/ Being lenient has nothing to do with that.

He's always done this. It's rulesrulesrulesrulesrules with him. He wants every rules thread under his belt, he wants all of the rules open for him to exploit, and he wants all of the thread ruled with an iron thumb. It's been said time and time again that he views Mod powers as a way of keeping people in line, while I view them as a last resort. :S Taylor's the same as me, and the rest of the Smods are somewhere in the middle.

Well, no-one below Admin level exactly CAN tell him to lighten up. He's doing everything by the book, which is the problem. :/

He is on his second warning for all of this, however.

That's true. And there really is nothing wrong with just enforcing the rules.
Basically he's not doing all that much wrong, just the majority disagrees with his style of not doing anything wrong?

Well, he is doing wrong. Hurr, let me try to explain this. :/

He's enforcing the rules, but being far too strict when doing so. He's had this problem for years. This spans back to the times in 2009 when he was banning everyone over the small things that didn't really matter. It's like a cop enforcing the law, but in the wrong way. Say you drop a piece of trash on the ground, he shoots you in the leg, then beats you half to death before dragging you off to jail. Things that are completely unneeded, but he's still in the right seeing as you did something wrong.

Like, a new member just came along and didn't know where to make the right threads. He closed the thread, and warned the member.
