Okay, Derek, I understand your reasons for resigning, but I have a few things to say.

For one, I?m not trying to ?troll my way to glory?. I finally got tired about T&C being the place where ?the drama? goes down and everybody that posts has some kind of pokemon rp fetish. It was pure coincidence that Lady autumn dove posted some small rant that she actually thought people cared about. I then continued as you threatened to ban me, which I didn?t exactly care about.

I could never troll my way to glory. The member base here is basically if your pika101 or whatever and can actually harm the site, people will care. If you?re some random that thinks he?s funny, you?re banned and no one cares. I admit it. I?m a random. And so is almost everybody who comes to PMDS. Unless your qwert/bug/volke/tv or some old member that people know, nobody cares what you say. You?re not important.

And about your whole Nikki topic, I wasn?t trolling. It was mere coincidence that you made the topic. I posted the way I did because it was true. You made a spam topic and I was the only one not baby enough to say it. Want to know why? I think the way things are run here are disgustingly bad. If you?re a Super Moderator or Admin, here you?re basically Bill Gates in a world of peasants. No one will stand up to you. Nobody.

And you know why not even Moderators stand up to them? They have little power. In fact, I feel they?re a very useless member group. They just barely work on this site.

I resigned last year from being a Moderator because I realized that if you?re a Moderator, you?re just as good as a member here. I waited two years to become a T&C Moderator, and I realized I only got that spot for two reason:
1. I was good friends with you and you probably would recommend me,
2. All the other choices basically sucked. The only ones that were good were Gabby, me, and a few others.

T&C actually used to be hard to get. It was a big job to moderate all those teams. But I realized that the spot dwindled to the point where teams was so small it wasn?t a big job anymore. And like I?ll say later, it wasn?t a big or popular forum to moderate, therefore nobody cared.

There isn?t much you can do except be the secretaries to the Super Moderators and Admins and report everything. Your warnings are moot. What are you going to do, post a topic in Staff and wait 4 hours before that person is actually banned?

The only Moderators that get promoted are ones that make a big impact on the site. And I don?t mean reporting and posting in debates in Staff. I mean subbing, posting in a sophisticated matter, moderating a big forum, and reporting stuff directly to Super Moderators and Admins so they know that you care.

The reason Member ->Global Mod->Admin works way better is because when you?re promoted people actually care that aren?t your friends. Moderators are basically the third wheel in Staff. You know, you?re there, you got a forum, you?re tagging along, but you?re not doing much. The Admin and Super Moderator are the ones ?making out?, to say.

Also, thanks for the mention, I feel special to be mentioned in the Super Mod forum.

I wonder if I walked in on the wrong time, because the first thing I see is Chaos Sonic posting on a issue. I hope all turns out well, I suppose.

Anyways, I've been a bit sporadic with my appearances on this site, I will be frequent from now on.

Also, is there any way I can change my username? I don't like the one I have. I grew out of Pokemon.
