It went surprisingly well. We somewhat changed what was acceptable on this site. Now if someone says what Kari did, and the person it's directed to doesn't appreciate it, the staff will have to take action, like it or not.

Well that's what some see it as, but I still feel it could have gone better. There's still a lack of courtesy in the forums. That's the reason I stick to the T&C group. Excluding you and Burn, everyone seems to be nice.

We don't know. She passed away this morning, and my friend's been making calls to friends and family ever since she found out. They still haven't sorted out where she's gonna live, what's going to happen to the house, anything, really... I just feel really bad for her.

That won't happen, Shay. Even if you're civil and as nice as possible, they'll stubborn their way through it. As Eli says, "They're just a bunch of lollipops."

And by that, he means they have 10 foot sticks crammed up their rear ends.

Yeah, that's why I left everything to the only person they HAD to listen to. Right after I banned Kari, I sent Rich an email requesting he make a general reminder thread on how everyone on this site should refraid from being rude if at all possible. After talking to Rich for so long, I've come to know he wants a friendly atmosphere on this site, just as I do. I have a feeling he made it in one of the staff forums, and that will be a good start for the return of common courtesy.
