Derek has partial Team Chief while Waffersforever is out, and as a teams mod you need to remember that if a team chief asks you to not post here, that you follow their rules. The only time you can bypass the ban is if there is a problem occurring within the team that needs moderation.

You can't issue warnings for no reason. He did NOT tell me to stay out of PMDS, therefore you are in absolutely no position to issue warnings. You can take this with Volke and Nikki if you must.

Hi Derek,

Okay, my resolution on this is to let Paul keep his T&C position and I have asked him to not post in the teams he has been banned from. He is feeling a bit picked on/bullied at the moment, so I'll kindly ask that we leave it there for now. if he ends up posting in PMDS and the other one, just let me know,
