The managment there wasnt yhat great. Now IHOPs managment... oh God. I love them so much. When we passed our inspection, the day manager and all the waiters danced their butts off in the back for a full 30 seconds. They're amazing and laid back. :D

I hope my manager will be like that...My friend used to work at Jetsource till he moved to North Dakota. Atleast both my Flight Instructor and my friend are references, since they know the boss I'm practically in.

The only way a manger is going to be like that is if they don't give a damn about the business. My day manager doesn't. He couldn't care less about the place. He does enough to keep it running, but leaves most of it up to the employees. We do a damn good job of keeping it together since he has trust in us.

Aw Fluffy is so loving and nice.

My friend's manager is absolutely awesome, he's laid back about everything and is almost always high. Keeps the store running pretty easily and is really nice. Derek and my friend are really lucky people.
