How can you say that? Yellow is a special edition version with a Pikachu instead of a normal starter. Does the character sprite even look any different?

Alex, it's because Ash is in Pokemon Yellow.

Honestly, i have no idea who is the Main Character in Pokemon Yellow, i just always assumed it was Ash.
