Sam-"How about we catch another Pokemon, Kira."

Kira: Oh please I'm more then you can handle now. *She licks her paw.*

*Lumina smiles and watches the bug from her hiding place.*

Sam-"...You're cute, Kira. I like you..."

Vince spots Lumina and smiles.

Kira: Eh I could cut you a break this time. *She trots over to him.*

Lumina: You still gotta tag me.

Vince jumps as high as a little bug can.

Sam smiles and picks her up.

Lumina: Not like that silly climb the tree.

Kira: Now if you excuse me I'm taking that nap now. *She yawns and lays her head onto his arm.*

Sam rubs her head smiling.

Vince crawls to the tree and he slowly inches up the tree.

Lumina: Thats the way!

*Soon the Eevee drifts off into dreamland.*

"Alright, guys. I suppose we should keep moving, then."
"Where are we going?"
"The Hidden Village."

"Oh? It's not far ahead. Less than a day away, I'd say."

"Good. We'll go as far as we can today, then camp out somewhere - unless we make it all the way there before we have to rest. You guys ready?"

"I suppose so. Try not to mess us up, Lotad, will you?"
"Sure. I'll be sure to protect you from any Pidgeys flying around while I'm at it, too."

"Pidgeys? There aren't Pidgeys around here, are there?" Terps suddenly sounding worried, with Pidgeys being her biggest fear.

"There are. But You don't have to worry. I'm sure Tads will protect us."

Terps made a chortling noise. Incredulously, she asked, "Tads?"

"Shuddup. It beats 'Terps.' "

"You two better learn how to get along. We're gonna be together for awhile."

*Follows him, singing a small cheerful song to Sinclair for her to learn*

*looks intently, remembering each word and sound*

The group of three follows along the river, talking about life, about each other, and about their future. Eventually, as night falls, they decide to make camp in a clearing.

"Can you guys hear that?"
"Hear what?" Terps looks around, feeling tense.
"It's just the Falls of Life."

"The what?"
"The Falls of Life. The only waterfall in these mountains. The village is right next to it. It brings the water to the trees and the animals of the forest. It feeds the river, the only big source of water in the forest, bringing life to the things of Malachi."

"How do you know this?"
"I may not be the best in combat, but I like to think I'm intelligent. Plus I've in the forest my whole life. Despite appearances or strength, I'm much older than you."
Terps just looks at Tads, with respect in her eyes.

"You know, guys... I'm definitely glad you're my friends.
Now, let's go to sleep."

The three of them crawl into the small camping tent and get ready for a night's rest.


((Edit: Uhm, no. I don't think so. Just as long as you and/or LW are able to post, I'll be able to keep going.
And if you're wondering, I had enough time today that I've been able to be online. This will be the last time I'll be on, for a decent amount of time, for the next five-ish days.))

Jay opens his eyes and is blinded by a bright light.
"Ugh... turn that off...
He opens his eyes again. They've adjusted, and he sees a girl with pink hair standing right in front of him, with an Eevee sitting behind her.
"AH!! What are you doing!? Who are you!?"

"I asked first."

She was....I miss her...

She blushes at his comment, but continues pestering him. "Well, my name is Ashlynn, and I run the nearby rest area."

"YOU run the village!?" Jay is amazing that such a young woman would be able to handle running an entire village.

"Yes. Why do you ask?"

"Oh... no reason. I was just... heading that way, I guess."

Caterpie and Lotad finally walk out of the sleeping bag and glance around.
