((Yes. Basically. xD
I'm gonna make another main character - being the pink-haired girl that I just brought in.
I don't know how big of a part she'll play, but oh well. Making her 'legit' anyway.))

As soon as the girl saw the two Pokemon, her mood completely changed.
Her eyes lit up, her smile spread from eye to eye, and she was much more delightful.

"Oh, how cute! A Caterpie and a Lotad! Are they yours?"
"They're my friends, yeah. I've had Terps for about a week, and she helped me get Tads yesterday. We were all on our way to..."
She completely cuts him off, "You even gave them nicknames? That's so amazing! This is my Eevee! Her name is Violet."

"Have you had her long?"
"Yeah, almost a year now. We're best friends.
The Eevee steps up and rubs her head against the girl's calf.

She hesitates.
"So, uh... you were headed up to the rest area?"
"Yeah, we were hoping to reach it today."

"Well that'll be easy. It'll take less than an hour to get there.
Do you.. uh... do you wanna walk together?" She starts blushing again, and kind of turns her face away shyly.

*walks and sighs* why do you want my approval anyway
*hugs him close, putting off a good feeling for him*
*looks down* well... anyay... we should talka bout something else.
*looks at casem* so champ, why did you want to take on the league?

((I just realized you understood Rose, so from now on lets just say if they say something I tell you what my pokemon say or what your poekmon says

P: Well...This is a team
*Looks at Raf for translation*

Not noticing her sudden shyness, Jay says, "Hmm? Yeah, sure. Why not? You know the way."
She brightens up, "Alright! Let's get going then!"
She runs out of the tent, hopping on her heels with the Eevee close behind.

"Just hang on. I need to pack up, and we're all hungry. Didn't have time to eat breakfast, believe it or not." He beings to pack up the tent.
Terps finds a Vermillion Plant and starts to munch on its flower as Tads heads to the river and eats some {insert whatever Lotads eat}.

"Here, I have some sandwiches." Ashlynn reaches into her pack and pulls out some PB&J sandwiches, along with some potato chips and bottles of water.

When Jay finishes packing the tent, he lays out a small blanket for them to sit on as they eat.

He asked why you went on your league journey.
We have different trainers, different teams. whats the real reason?

"So, tell me about this village."
"Well, first. It isn't a village. I'm assuming your Pokemon called it that. It's not a village for people - it's one house. But the Pokemon call it a village, because that's what it is to them. To us, humans, it's just one house."
"Really? That's slightly anti-climactic."

"Yeah, well... It's still a wonderful place, where Pokemon can go to recover and feel safe. I'm the only human who lives there, and usually the only one there at all. Though occasionally we'll get visitors, such as you." She smiles and giggles at him.

The Eevee then walks up to them, "Can we go now?" She bites on Ashlynn's sleeve and starts pulling.
Ashlynn glances up at Jay, questioning him with her eyes.

"Yeah, I guess I'm ready. Terps and Tads probably can't eat anymore. So, yeah. Let's get going.

The two stand up, and Jay calls to his Pokemon as he folds up the blanket.

"I hope you enjoyed your little date." Terps slyly says to Jay.
All Jay can do is blush and ignore her.

P: N-nothing of importance
Oh, well, to show my brother that I'm strong

So you took on the whole league? wow.
may as well tell me, you've already betrayed yourself.

P: I did nothing of the sort!
And...For my mother

"So. Here we are. The Forest Rest Area."

The group has finally reached the Hidden Village. A village with one house, but many, many Pokemon. The Falls of Life is barreling down the mountain less than 200 yards away.

"The view is absolutely beautiful..."
Jay is stunned with the sight of the area.

Caterpie, Lotad, and Eevee all walk up to the rest of the Pokemon and start talking and playing.

"So... what exactly do you do here?"

Sounds like you and raf are doing it for similar reasons. *smiles at casem*
shut up *kicks him gnetly in his thigh* not everyone has to know that.
Hence the stutter and uncertainty.

P: Just forget it
Hm?

"Me? Oh... I actually don't really do anything. I just enjoy living with all of the Pokemon. They're always so friendly and easy to get along with. I... usually don't get along with people very well..."
"Well... we seem to be getting along pretty well...
They both blush and turn away from each other for a few seconds.

"Yes, well... the Pokemon get all of their own food. They rarely fight. And if they do, I don't interrupt anyway. I'm just here for the view and for the friends."

"But... don't you ever get bored? Don't you ever just want to... go on an adventure?

"Yes. I get bored. But then I'll just go on a walk through the woods and see what new things I can discover.
But... I would love to go on an adventure... I'm just so scared of it. Being off on my own in unfamiliar places. I don't know how I'd be able to do it."

*Sighs* he said we're challenging the league for similar reasons.
You may as well tell me, im not going to let it go. besides, to quote "This is a team"

P: hmph!
R: *sighes* stop fughting pwease...

To prove Im not a disappointment...
*looks* the young one is right, we shouldnt fight. we're supposed to be setting examples. so tell mw, why do you really want me to be friendly with you?

"Well... you know... I'm going on an adventure. I'm gonna see the entire land. Catch as many Pokemon as I can. Make new friends. Just.. experience new things."
He hesitates.
"And... well... I wouldn't mind having another person with me...

"So.. are you asking me to abandon my house and go with you?"

"I... yeah, it's stupid. I know. I shouldn't have even a..."
"Of course I will! I'd love to go out with you."
Her eyes grew wide, and she started blushing yet again.
"I mean... uh... go out.. on an adventure... with you."

"Would you really? That's great!"

Jay suddenly felt much happier. He couldn't even remember the last time he felt as happy as he does now. He wasn't even this happy when he got either of his Pokemon.
Why am I making such a big deal out of this? She's just a girl. Nothing special. Relax.

P: I...Just don't want you as an enimy
Dissapointment? how?

"Let me pack some things. It shouldn't take long. That way we can leave before it gets too late."
"Yeah. If we leave soon, we'll easily make it to the base of the mountains tonight."
"...what do you mean?"
"I mean... we're going north, cutting through the mountains. The map shows a slightly lower part that we can pass through. We'll come out right by Pearline Village."
"But there are... big Pokemon in the mountains."
"It's fine, though. You have your Eevee. I have my Caterpie and Lotad. We can handle a few Geodude."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm positive."

"As am I."
"And me."
"C'mon, Ashlynn. We can do it. Let's go."

The Pokemon had been listening to the conversation, all three of them excited for the journey ahead.
Ashlynn hesitates, but eventually says, "Okay... I'll pack."
