*Derek glances back at Lilly and Kane, frowning a bit.*
Derek-" I can't believe I have to put up with my idiot filled family... was hoping to get away from them all..."

Zym: They've been tracking us since they were kids Mel, they have a lot of experience behind them. They know a lot about us, which is why they are dangerous. And why I'm worried. Leviathan's Claw might get desperate and go for our weaknesses. Anyways, the bead on my hair will keep us invisible to the espeon's radar.
*He glances back at her as the ruins come into view*

*Past Shadow follows his gaze and tilts her head.*

Past Shadow: I don't see why they seem fun. Better then my family at least.

Lilly: Kane stop staring and get me down from here!

Melody: So that bead has more uses then just looks huh? So they know all about us. What do we know about them though?

*And then the eggs stop hovering, making Lilly fall 5 feet onto the ground.*

Derek-" You don't know them like I do... It's not the family I always wanted. I wanted a family that would stick together, but this one I have just seems to want to wander off and ditch the others... I sometimes wish I had never settled down and let myself have this family."

Kane: Why? This is fascinating...alright alright, just jump! I'll catch you!


Zym: I know a lot about some of their older members. But the fresh bloods are a mystery to me. And yes, my bead is more than a hair accessory.

Past Shadow: No family is perfect. If everyone did what you expected them to do it would be boring.

*And then Lilly falls those 5 feet right onto Kane.*

Melody: Alright so mind filling me in on some of the major ones to watch out for? I like to know who and what I'm up against.

Derek-" Either way, I want to be away from them all. Each moment I'm near them is another moment I think about strangling each and every one of them... it would be so easy to just get rid of them all and start over..."

*Kane catches Lilly and his ears twitch, catching a bit of Derek's conversation*
Kane: Maybe what Sam said was right...

Zym: I'll fill you in when we get there, easier to show and tell you at the same time.
*He leans down and picks her up into his arms*
Zym: An get used to this, we need to be touching for the cloak to work.
*He stops and closes his eyes, the green bead starting to glow before fading out.*

*Past Shadow looks up at him in surprise.*
Past Shadow: You've changed since I last saw you. Why is that?

Lilly: What has Sam said about dad?

Melody: Alright and I hate being carried and or dragged around. *She crosses her arm and frowns.*

Derek-" Because I hate them.... They've all changed so much, so I have too. If only you knew them, you would have a hate running as deep as mine..."

Zym: Do what you have to do, not what you want girl.
*He leaps up onto a pillar overlooking the ruins*
Zym: Tell me if you can spot them Mel. Shouldn't be hard to spot a group of pokemon from here.


Kane: She said that Blaziken and Derek are fighting for control, or something like that. I'm thinking it might have been your mother who woke him up when she tried putting him back into your dad. Which is probably the reason for his "Mood Swings".

Past Shadow: What have they done to make you upset besides changing? Well you wanted to know a place where a bunch of Pokemon will gather right?

Lilly: I had a feeling it had something to do with Blaziken but had no idea its mom's fault.

*Shadow tosses a rock at Lilly.*
Don't blame me for this.

Melody: I see two on the wall around the ruins. One is the Axew though she seems to be talking to Krokoro. Doesn't look like a happy convo. Near them is a Grovyle with a bow and a quiver fill of arrows next to it. I see more farther in but hard to make out what they are.

Derek-" They've been rude and disrespectful. The children I've done so much to raise... Where would everyone be? I just want to get my info and get going."

Zym: Well, why we are invisible, might as well take a closer look and listen right?
*He leaps down and starts inching towards the Axew and the Krokoro*


Kane: It's only a theory Shadow, but it is a high chance that it IS your fault.

Past Shadow: If none of them have never spit on you then I say you got a better family then me. Theres going to be a festival tonight if the weather is good. Its something everyone has been putting together since the day the darkness ended.

Well I couldn't just sit around and do nothing. I had to put Blaziken back in.

*The Axew glares at the Krokoro.*

???: Well Blair a battles Axe is a very useful weapon.t- *She gets cut off by the Krokoro.*

Blair: There you go again Jade rambling on about your useless weapons. All they do is hack at your foe so their no good. If you throw them your defenseless. Sure they have reach but are nowhere near as good as a sword. Besides we both know which weapon is better after that dual we had awhile back. You should of known batter then to turn your back.

Jade: That fight was over that was a cheap shot trying to kill me with my back turned.

Blair: I don't remediable it happening that way. It was just an accident on my part. But I will give you this much credit with your weapon. It did save you to bad it caused you to turn back into a child.

*Mutter under her breath she reaches for one of her crudely made weapons but is stopped by the Grovyle who had quickly dashed over when she saw where the conversation was going.*

???: Look you two are the only ones who know what truly happened that day but if you attack him Jade I will have to report you and your weapons will be taken away again.

Zym: She's older than she appears, but seems to be the lowest in these pack of idiots...
*He starts stepping back, accidentally knocking a rock back*


Kane: I'm just saying Shadow. It's only a theory.

*It only takes a matter of a couple of seconds for the Grovyle to have an arrow notched on its bow aimed right at Melody and Zym. As the Jade and Blair both turn their attention to the same spot*

Blair: Probably nothing just the wind blowing a loose rock. Don't waste your arrows.

Jade: Don't bet on it. I'm the one here with the most spying experience. Could easily be someone using some kind of cloak to hide themselves.

*A Furret comes away from the main group and looks at the three.*

???: Something up? *It sniffs the air but thanks to Zym's powder it doesn't smell anything.* Blair's right most likely the wind I don't smell a thing. Now come on you don't want to keep everyone waiting. *It runs Back to the main group. The Grovyle reluctantly lowers her bow and turns to follow.*

Zym: ._.;;; oh god that was way to close for convert...
*He starts following, watching carefully where he steps as the group heads towards the center where the others are grouped up*
Zym: The furret must be Miles' apprentice...old dog must be close to croaking soon...
*He stops as said arcanine walks right past them, sniffing the ground right in front of them*

Derek-" They've done pretty much the same as spit on me."
*He stands up and starts walking towards the clearing off to the side of the stream where everyone should be gathering later.*
Derek-" Fair enough. Just hope I won't have to break up the party to get the answers I want."

*Melody watches the Arcanine walks away letting out a sigh of relief.*

Melody: So what was the plan again? Besides not getting caught I mean?

Past Shadow: I hope not theres going to be games and story telling along with a bunch of other stuff!

Well Kane I don't like them and we better catch up with Derek.
