Melody: You want Demi huh? I suppose I should try to find her.

*Shadow powers up an attack and fires it at the ground with enough force that it should knock all three of them back away from the stream.*

*Lilly and Shadow hit the rock with a sickening crunch and they slump to the ground.*

((Oh, it's fine Liz. Don't worry about it.))
*Derek looks back at the two of them and grins.*
Derek-" My my, it looks as if they might drown soon. You might want to hurry up and kill me Kane, else have your little friends die."

*Kane growls and gets off of him. Making sure to grab James' sword before he does, he runs over to Lilly and Shadow, dragging them out of the water*
Kane: What the hells the matter with you!? I thought you pokeslayer didn't hurt the innocent!

*Derek puts his foot out right before Kane can grab them, kicking him off.*
Derek-" Oh no Kane. You go through me first. And there's something you don't seem to get. Our ways are by any means necessary. We don't care who dies. If you're in our way, you're dead."

*An arrow comes flying at Derek from nowhere. The air is heading straight towards his heart. Another one comes aimed at his eye. Another four come aimed at his legs and arms. Each arrow was fired with amazing speed.*

*Derek moves his head off to the side to avoid the one to the eye, but can't do much about the others. As soon as they hit, he grits his beak a bit from the pain, but just yells out to the night air in a laughing tone.*
Derek-" What, that's all you can manage?! You're going to have to do a lot better than that if you want to get rid of the unkillable!"
*He reaches for the one in his hear and snaps it in half.*

Kane: This isn't you talking...this is Blaziken. You wouldn't even THINK about hurting us if it were you...SNAP OUT OF IT!
*His tail slowly falls in between his legs. The mightyena starting to become scared. His grip on the sword tightening*
Kane: If I have to kill you I will Derek!

*Derek grins and walks over in front of Kane, pulling the tip of the sword to his chest.*
Derek-" Go on. See if it does even an ounce of good. You'll never find the way to get rid of me, because you don't pay enough attention to my family."

*And the more arrows fire at Derek. From another direction an axe comes flying heading right for Derek's head.*

*Kane whimpers and closes his eyes. Knowing he's good as dead...his life flashing before his eyes...his paws slowly lowering the weapon*
Kane: I may not get rid of you...but I do pay attention...
*He brings his arms back and slams the sword onto Derek's Temporal Scar, remembering one little thing about Sam when she smashed her own scar*

*Derek yells right before his scar erupts into a burst of pink and blue light, sending them all flying backwards. Derek, having got the words of the burst, goes flying like a cannon through a forest full of dead trees.*

*Shadow coughs up some blood and water. By all reasoning she should be dead though Lilly on the other hand looks to still. Crawling over to her Shadow starts to weakly do cpr on her.*

((Well I'm off for the night.))

*Silver's ears perk up as she takes a few steps out of the cave and looks around as she lets out sighs*
It seems like there.....

((Night Liz.))
*Soul is still running around outside of the cave, screaming his head off. He's still hurting seeing as Melody made him dunk his head in holy water....*

*Silver looks over to see Soul and rubs her head as she feels a drop hit her head and she feels it with her paw*
who gave him holy water?

*Xana sits next to Silver and points out towards the beach.*
Xana-" The purple girl that went down to the water."
*And then Soul turns into a Ho-oh, rolling around on the ground to try to get it off.*

*Silver continues to rub her head*
doesn't Melody know the difference between normal water and holy water?
*she looks over at Xana*

*Kane gets back up, groaning with his head bleeding*
Kane: ...note to self..never to that again...
*He limps over to Shadow and looks down at Lilly*
Kane: Her lung is collapsed...she needs surgery but I don't have the tools...I need to get back to the cave...
*He picks James' sheath up and sticks him inside before strapping the sword to his back and picking Lilly up lightly*

*Xana sways back and forth, avoiding all of the drops of water that fly at him.*
Xana-" She probably does, but didn't realize that Soul was actually a demon."
