Jay and his new Pokemon leave the forest, and head back toward Garne Town.

"I'm gonna have to ask RedWood about this. I couldn't hear you at first, but now I suddenly can..." he said to the Caterpie sitting on his shoulder.

What's a redwood?

The kids got a disadvantage going in, that pachirisu is much faster than he is.
yeah, but with all that energy they waste in quick short bursts they wont be great endurace fighters. If he can hold out, he'll be fine.

After a near-hour long of walking, the two finally reach Garne Town.

"Well, here we are. This is where I live and grew up. What do you think?"

The Caterpie is captivated by the size of the buildings, the amount of people, and the bright lights scattered throughout the town.


They reach the Professor's lab, and Jay knocks on the door.

R: *runs and runs quickly and uses drain punch, not getting a dirrect hit on it but manages to his one of its upper paws*

*looks up and walks over,s till holding the bowl in his hands, the bowl much larger than a regular sized bowl and is almost the size of somethig youd cook in. opens the door, towering over Julian and the caterpie. swallows the food in his mouth and smiles* Well hello there m'boy!!! *voice booms loudly in the night* what can I do for you?

((For future reference, LW, try not to force a hit on another character. Always leave them the chance to dodge or take the hit.
You ended up getting a smaller hit than you would have. I was planning on taking it right on the chin. xD ))

Pachirisu back-stepped a bit, avoiding most of the blow.
"Quick, use Double Team!"

10 identical Pachirisus appeared around the field.

Hahaha! *smiles* and a good pokemon to fit you, shy, uiet and small, just like you when I first sent you off hours ago. I hope he gorws strong for you. is this all you wanted to tell me son?

Unprepared for the quick switch, Pachirisu took a direct hit.

"Pachy, c'mon. Get back up!"

The Pachirisu struggles, but gets back up.

"Alright, there ya go! Now use Double Team again!"

It uses the attack, but only five copies appeared this time.

The attack was lucky, and hit Pachirisu directly.

"Oh no!" Lizzy runs out to the filed and scoops Pachy into her arms.
"It's alright. You did great.

Go! Electrike! Raise your power with a Howl!"

The Electrike runs out to the field, letting of a loud Howl attack.
