*Garret smiles a bit.*
"Glad I can finally help..."
*Picks her up, bridal style, and crouches. Leaps into the air and flies towards the exit to the trap door, which is closed. His entire body, and Sam's, becomes a shadow, and they phase through it. As he passes Rai and Wes, he flips Rai off and gives Wes a look that says, "You are so ******* dead." Flies out of the castle and lands in their room at Derek's house.*

"You... You kissed..."

*Snorts.*
"Yeah, right... How can you expect me to stay faithful to you when you run off with another raichu the moment you find him?!"
*Waves his paw, and memories of her blushing everytime she sees Wes pop up in her mind. He shakes his head and starts walking away.*

*sam sighs and starts singing cold by crossfade*
sam-"Looking back at me I see that I never really got it right
I never stopped to think of you
I'm always wrapped up in things I cannnot win
You are the antidote that gets me by
Something strong like a drug that gets me high

What I really meant to say
Is I'm sorry for the way I am
I never meant to be so cold to you

And I'm sorry about all the lies
Maybe in a different light
You could see me stand on my own again
Cause now i can see
You were the antidote that got me by something strong like a drug that got me high
I never meant to be so cold

I never really wanted you to see
The screwed up side of me that I keep
Locked inside of me so deep
It always seems to get to me
I never really wanted you to go
So many things you should have known
I guess for me theres just no hope
I never meant to be so cold"

*He stops and closes his eyes, but doesn't look at her.*
"... I love you, Sam... I have for as far back as I can remember... My very first memory is of your face... Even then, I loved you... But sometimes, it feels like you don't love me..."
*Looks back at her.*
"Tell me that you didn't kiss him, and that you didn't enjoy that kiss. Tell me that, and I will believe you. But please... Be honest..."

*Merely nods. As he goes over the rest of the memories, he shakes with anger, then chuckles as he realizes that Wes was the torn apart Raichu that he saw.*
"Wow, Derek did a number on him... I only wish that I had done that..."
*Opens his eyes. Hugs her tightly.*
"I'm sorry... I shouldn't have doubted you... And before anything else happens, there's something I need to ask you..."
