*Derek looks at shadow, confused*
Derek-" Why would I ri-"
*The next instant, his body falls to the ground, headless. Wes runs off with Derek's head wrapped up in his tail. He used the broad end of it to sever the head from the body. Within a few moments, he's gone, leaving Derek's body to bleed out on the ground*

I made this sleigh for derek.

oh no derek!!

"for crying out loud!" *runs after wes* "help derek! ill get hs head back!"
*thinks* "wow, thats somthing i never thought id say.."

*shadow has already taken off after wes*

"..or not."
*goes back* ".. what the heck can i do.. oh, i know!"
*pulls out a strange device, and it freezes derek's body in suspended animation*
"there, that should work for now.."

*Wes runs to the castle and bangs on the door*
Wes-" Rai, open up! I have something for you"
*A small door opens up in the wood door. Wes peers into it but can only see darkness inside. When he gets close enough, Rai's fist pops out and hits him in the nose. Wes stumbles backwards, holding his nose as it bleeds*
Rai-" I warned you; Come back and you die"
Wes-" Rai, wait. I found a way for you to get more power than Garret could have ever offered you"
*He holds up Derek's severed head*
Wes-" I know what you're thinking but there is still immense power in this one. He never really showed it but he is strong... I thought you could use it"
*The door to the castle slowly creeks open, allowing Wes to enter. He does and follows Rai into the back where her lab is. The whole time, he's staring at her tail, making sure that she doesn't try to jab him with it. Once they get to the back, she takes Derek's head and puts it on a metal plate. Without any hesitation, she jams to probes in each side of Derek's head. Grasping a metal rod near the spot where she put Derek's head, she shocks it with all the energy she can put out. It all flows into Derek's head and lights it up. In a bright flash, the head disappears, leaving a white, glowing diamond behind. The heat coming off of the diamond starts to melt through the metal plate. Rai quickly picks it up and tries to ignore the pain as it burns through her paw. Quickly, she swallows it and gets wide eyed*
O_O
Rai-"..."
*She falls back onto her butt and stares off into space, not saying anything at all. Wes walks over and pokes her in the forehead, trying to see if she's still alive. As soon as he does, she falls on her back and stares at the ceiling. Her breathing is slow and drool dribbles from her lip. A gargling sound comes from the back of her throat*

*Derek's body jumps up and starts running around. He pretty much is a chicken with his head cut off*

*holds it down to keep it from moving* "crap."

*shadow sees the castle*

*Due to Derek immortality, his body is still alive but isn't aware of what happened it its head. Its claws scratch at Nick's face*

*The doors bust open and Wes runs right past Shadow, screaming with his arms in the air*
Wes-" Run while you can!"

"rrgh! stop MOVING! your head has been stolen! sheesh!"

*grabs his arm* whats going on?!

".. now what.."

*The body keeps twitching*

*The ground starts to shake, making the castle crumble. Wes is trying to get away from Shadow*
Wes-" Rai's lost it, RUN!"

*sighs* "great. jjuuust great. because i wanted to spend my day taking care of a headless chicken."

I don't care about that wheres derek's head?!

Wes-" Gone!"
*Rai appears in front of them and grabs each by the throat. Her eyes are glazed over and the tips of each hair on her body is tinted blue, making parts of her look blue and others black depending on the light. Wes starts choking as she squeezes*

"... whats taking shadow so long?"
