*A jolt of electricity leaps from Sam's fur and strikes Nightmare. The power line that she's hooked her tail up too eventually explodes, sending sparks everywhere*

*Sam falls forward, face first into the dirt. She's still twitching a little from all of the electricity*
Sam-" Kane... that was the best juicing I've ever gotten... go buy me some batteries from the store so I can do it again"

Derek-" Eh, looks like her parents are dead for good, doesn't it? Guess we're still her parents"

Lilly: You can.

What do we tell her about this though?

*Ribbon wakes up to find that the sky looks red*
Okay, weird.
*So she thinks before the smell of rotting flesh stings her nostrils*
Um, ew?
*Gagging to the point where tears fill her eyes, she decides to go Sky Form to check out what's going on. She flies into the red sky. Next thing she sees? Skeletons, sweetie. Skeletons everywhere*
"HOOOOOLLLLYYYYY CCCCRRRRRAAAAAPPPPPPPPP!!!!!" O...O
*She screams at the top of her lungs, crying and feeling as if she had failed at doing something important. Every tree looks dead, the ground looks so scorched that nothing will ever again grow there, and water is nowhere to be seen. The dying screams of hundreds all at once are all she can hear.... Not being able to tolerate the stench of rotting flesh anymore, she begins ralphing repeatedly, which makes her feel more sick to the stomach than she already has been*
It's all my fault....I wasn't strong enough to keep the world from dying....
*Feeling weak, she suddenly falls, hitting the ground hard*
It's all my fault...I'm a failure...
Well, a time-traveling phone booth can only take you so far...

I think the only reason she has to hate us is for not trying to bring her family back sooner.

You never try to find her.
