Mystery Dungeon Rp/Story

*Silver makes it back to where she usually sleeps and lays down*

*Xana groans and starts throwing all of Silver's swords at the Furret, trying to get it to leave him alone*
Xana-" Go away, I was just about to say this was a good night"

*Silver yawns, lays her head down and falls asleep*


((I gtg....night))

((Night Kimmy, I'll see you later~))
*Xana grabs the Furret and wraps it around his head, blocking out all noise and getting it to stop*
Xana-" Peace and quiet at last" ^_^

*Blaze's ears flicker as he hears the sound of kricketunes chirping in
the night, sitting up he stretches and looks back at his seven tails*

161 years today....161 years like this....

*He gives off a yawn and turns to go for a walk. Quickly deciding to
visit Kane's body( which at the moment is in a box).*

Blaze: Can't keep you dead forever.....
*He takes it out of the box and sets it onto the grass*
Blaze: so many years, cursed to protect your bloodline. It's time for
you to return.

*Blaze looks up at the full moon*
Blaze: I sure hope this works...

*Blaze breathes in as all seven of his tails sticking out as an icy
blue flame emits from the tips of them. He holds the position for a
few minutes before looking down, all seven flames floating off in
front off him and fusing together. Finally sighing as his body goes
limp and falls to the ground, the blue flame that represents his soul
floats above his lifeless corpse, soon dissepating into the night sky.
The flame reappears in a foggy void*
Blaze:....never thought I would be here again....it's just like last time I was here.

*The flame reforms into the shape of a Ninetales, it's body transparent as two flames float at the side of it's body*
Blaze: The land of Departure....

*Blaze takes a look around*
Blaze: the one place that reminds me of hell... And the one place
I have to be careful.... now to find Kane....I just hope his soul
hasn't been divoured...

*Blaze begins walking around, making very careful steps as he walks.
One mess up and his soul could be destroyed. Blaze came with
experience of this place, a previous visit teaching him where to go
and where to step.*
Blaze: the poor kid....he doesn't know what his family holds
against them....

*Blaze sways his tails, blowing away some of the fog revealing him
standing ontop of a wooden plank, underneath that, a river of souls,
all crying and lashing out to grab Blaze*

Blaze: I got so close to falling in last time...I don't want
what'll happen if I actually do...
*Blaze continues walking along the plank untill he reaches a ledge*
Blaze: if I'm right....she hid it right around....
*He lifts up a small rock and picks up a small charm*
Blaze: here!

*Blaze places the charm around his neck and procededs forward, not
paying attention to the groans of the damned and forgotten*

Blaze: even with this charm to protect me....this place still
scares the living crap out of me ._.

*Blaze nervously continue on until he reaches a wooden door, seemingly
floating in the middle of nowhere*

Blaze: I remember the last time I was here...

---Flashback---
*A Ninetales and Vulpix sit in front of the same door Blaze is
standing in front if now*

Vulpix: so...why are we here? This place is...
Ninetales: scary?
Vulpix: well, I guess you could say that...
Ninetales:were here to rescue a friend of mine. Just keep that charm
around your neck...and nothing here can touch you Karu...

---End Flashback---
Blaze: Karu...how long it's been since I abondoned that name.
*He pushes open the door and looks around. Blaze stands in an open
field of flowers*

Blaze: This place is...different. O_o
*Blaze takes a look around*
Blaze: Remember Mom's words...this place is never a it seems...

*Taking a step forward Blaze can feel the soft flowers crush beneath
his paws as a light breeze blows across the plain*
Blaze: Never as it seems...it's hard to tell hell from heaven now days. One would think hell is a fiery place, when really it's a place where your worst nightmares come true. Let's just hope I can find the kid before it's too late.
*Blaze takes off running, the field of flowers stretching for miles on end. He looks up at the false blue sky and wonders to himself where he is actually going. Not really knowing he slows down and finally stops running, taking a look around he notices a tree sitting in the middle of nowhere. Letting his curiosity get the best of him, he makes his way to the tree. Shady and comfortable, he lays down to rest for a moment.*
Blaze: Just need a quick breather....that's all...
*He lays his head down and lightly closes his eyes*
??: Get up you idiot...!
*Blaze jolts awake and looks around, standing in front of him is a Ninetales*
Blaze: ._. Mom?
Mom: Remember what I told you, worthless idiot.
Blaze: Your as kind as ever.
Mom: I should just leave you here for eternity. You soul will be bound to this spot and you won't be able to go back if you pass out. Now get up!
*Blaze quickly sits up and looks at her*
Blaze: Why are you here?
Mom: Because I already know you failed your mission and let him die.
Blaze: Ok, It wasn't my fault...
*She smacks him upside the head*
Mom: Of course it's your fault! You were supposed to watch him! He's not supposed to be here right now! Now come on, I know where he's at...I swear, the day I found you... I~
Blaze: You were nicer than you were now. Now you just treat me like crap.
Mom: We can reminiscent about the past later, let's just find Kane.
*Blaze nods and both start heading to a forest like area, a thick fog, similar to the one before shrouding the area of trees*
Mom: You can have me go in like before, or do you wanna come in with me this time?
Blaze: It's my duty to take the kid back, not yours.
Mom: I see you are finally learning how to be responsible. I'm proud of you.
Blaze: That's a first, you 500 year old hag.
Mom: Hag?! If it weren't for this hag, you'd be dead in the streets!
Blaze: All these years and your still as hotheaded as ever.
Mom: Go to hell.
Blaze: I will, 400 years after you do.
Mom: We can make that sooner if you wish
Blaze: Aren't we already in hell?
Mom: ._. oh yeah~
*Both soon arrive at the entrance to the forest, a gloomy and dark feeling washes over them and Blaze shivers*
Blaze: I hated this place as a kid...it's even worse now..
Mom: Don't let it scare you. It feeds off your fear, cliche I know. But it's the truth. I don't want you losing your life here.
Blaze: Since when did you start caring?
Mom: I always have...now stay focused.
*Both of them look towards the forest, more moans and groans of spirits emit from the dark place*
Mom: You were smart enough to bring your charm, if any of the souls get latched onto you with out it, it's bye bye fox. You remember don't you Karu?
Blaze: My name is Blaze now.
Mom: What a shame, I liked Karu better, anyways, let's proceed.
*The female Ninetales walks into the forest, disappearing behind the thick blanket of fog, Blaze soon following right behind, his head and tails lowered to the ground*
Blaze: ...This place....something about it...
*He cautiously looks around as if something were to pop out and grab him at any given moment. Each step he takes, the path seems to get longer. at one point, the old beaten up bath twists upside down, the sky facing downwards but Blaze remains firmly in place.*
Blaze: @_@ What's going on?!
Mom: Will you hurry the (bad word) up!? I aint getting any younger here!
Blaze: Not like you can get any older ya coot!
Mom: Get yer ***' over here!
*Blaze mumbles to himself and catches up with her, a droplet of water emitting a brilliant light floats above them*
Blaze: What's this?
Mom: Kane's soul.
Blaze: His soul? I mean, mine is a flame, but how could his be a~
Mom: Don't ask question and just get it.
Blaze: old lady afraid she will break her back?
Mom: I swear, when we get out of here, I'm going to kick your (another bad word).
Blaze: Aren't old people supposed to give me cookies?
Mom: Your gunna be here again shortly. >_>

*Unaware, due to their bickering, deep in the forest a pair of eyes watch the two foxes*
Blaze: Do I need to make another old joke?
Mom: Just grab the damn soul!
*Blaze jumps up and grabs the dew in his mouth and spits it out into his paw*
Blaze: was it this easy last time?
*He turns around and sees the female already running*
Mom: O_O;;;; Run kid!!!!
*Blaze tilts his head to the side wondering what the hell she's doing*
Blaze: Uhm, ok?
*Blaze takes a step forward, only to stop as his hind paw is caught on something*
Blaze: Wha?
*Blaze looks down as a pair of shadowy hands is holding onto him*
Lost soul(machoke): Take you....take you!
*He yelps and kicks it off before turning and running*
Blaze: I thought you said they couldn't touch us!
Mom: I lied! it was to trick you into thinking it would be safe!
Blaze: >_>
*Both of them make it out of the forest and stop to breath, which is weird cuz they are just souls right now*
Blaze: I don't get it. You treat me like crap, but you care about me. I don't understand any of this. Why are you helping me?
Mom: I do care about you, I treat you horribly so I don't soften you up. And the one thing I don't want to see happen to you is die...
Blaze: Do you have another name? Calling you Mom is getting~
Mom: You say old and I will personally kill you myself. And the only reason I'm making you call me "Mom" is because~
*The ground beneath them begins to shake as it splits open, fire
Blaze: So...it wasn't for just coming here?
Mom: I didn't want you to feel bad because you got me in trouble. It's simple as that.

*Their conversation is cut short as a red and black figure appears out of the hole, it's whole figure a night sky black, two wings sprout from it's back and it looks at the two*
B: Why have you gone and taken a soul from it's resting place?!
Mom: Barthandelus, this child is not yet ready to die! His soul does not belong here~! Karu, start walking to the exit...
Blaze: Why?
Mom: He's not going to give up with out a fight, compared to your level, he outranks you.
Blaze: What about you? I can help~
*She turns and looks at Blaze, a stern look on her face, but a sad one in her eyes*
Blaze: Mom...
*The ground beneath them splits open ad Barthandelus's fist collides with the ground sending a shock wave along with it, causing both Ninetales' to fall to the ground*
Mom: Just go! I'll catch up to you!
*Blaze nods and stands turning towards what he thinks is the exit. A slight glimmer of light shimmering across the field of flowers. The sky above the two growing black as Barthandelus's rage builds up, getting ready too strike the Ninetales' trying to escape with a soul. The older ninetales taking a closer step forward Barthandelus.*
Mom:...
*The ground below shakes and he stumbles to stay standing before falling to the ground, looking back at the scene. The aged fox and demon are locked in combat....the Ninetales clearly losing the battle as her age catches up to her. Even her soul, as free spirited as it used to be, has weakened with time. Still clutching the soul dew in his paw, he turns back and runs towards the exit. Her words echoing in his head, one last time...*
Mom: .....the reason I took you in....the reason I made you strong....is because I love you....
*A loud yelp fills the empty void. Blaze, knowing the fate of his foster parent, moves on forward. Holding back the tears and the strong urge to turn around and go back for his former caretaker. Stopping in front of the door, Blaze turns back, the meadow that was being destroyed is now back to it's original state. The sky back to being it's light blue, the breeze once again sweeps across the plain. Barthandelus' voice booms*
B: One soul....traded for another...
*Blaze turns back to the door pushing it back open with his paw, he walks through. Many emotions fill him right now. But one thought echos in his mind*
Blaze Why did she have to leave....because of him...
*Blaze looks at his other paw and stares at the soul dew. It shimmers, even as Blaze steps into the foggy void of the damned. Lighting a path and clearing away a fog as he walks back towards the portal that will lead him home*
Blaze: This better have been worth it...
*He makes his way over the wooden planks and back over to where he had first arrived, a glowing pool of green water sits as his exit*
???:...are you sure you want to leave....?
*Blaze hesitates for a moment before finally saying~*
Blaze: Yeah....
*He takes a step into the pool of water and turns back to the door*
Blaze: I'll come back to get you....I promise...
*With his final words said, Blaze sinks into the water and begins to float down. Still able to breath and unaffected by the water, Blaze let's himself relax knowing he has a long trip ahead of him. He still has to reunite the soul with the body. The biggest pain in the butt. The area around Blaze is pitch black now, the only light comes from the two flames floating around Blaze as they guide his soul back to his body. Blaze's eyes are shut closed as his soul plummets back down, disguised, as meteors begin shooting across the night sky. Finally, he slows to a halt above his lifeless body, untouched by time. What seemed like hours for Blaze, was really only mere seconds for the world. His soul turns back into a flame and rests back within it's home. Taking a deep breath in of fresh air, he reaches and grabs his charm before turning back to Kane's body. Placing it against the lifeless corpse's head, Kane's soul is placed back into it's body. The small pup choking as air fills his lungs and the wound in his stomach closes up and life returns to the poochyena.*
*Blaze shakes himself off and looks back down at Kane*
Kane:..B.B.Bl.aze...?
Blaze: Shush, try and rest. You need to recover...
*Kane nods and lays his head down as Blaze walks over and picks him up, turning towards the forest lake*
Blaze: I'm from a place far away from here, I'm not really aloud to talk about it, but, it is a city. I had a different form than I did now. Other than my Vulpix form. I used to be human... 160 years ago, I stepped on a Ninetales' tail on purpose, in order to escape the life I previously had. The ninetales was kind enough to spare my life and take me in after hearing my story. That gave me a chance to have something I never had... Today marks the anniversary of my 161st year of my curse.I have another 839 left.
Kane: Uhm...why did you~?
Blaze: You asked earlier, remember? You wanted to know where I came from. So I told you.
Kane: Where was I...?
Blaze: In a far away place, that's all I'm allowed to say...
Kane: So where is Sam? She is gone, I don't really know where she might be.
*Kane nods and lays his head down. He walks back to the destroyed house that sat in the middle of the forest*
Blaze: ....why do I have to protect him...why is he so important that I had to risk my life to bring back his....?
*As Blaze reaches the fallen home, he stops and take a look around*
Blaze: Shouldn't be too hard to fix.
*Blaze lifts up one of his tails and slowly the house begins to shape back into it's original form. A few hours pass and the house is almost finished*
Blaze: Damn....getting a bit tired...this won't take too much longer I hope...
*A moment after he says so, the house finishes it's restoration and Blaze sighs out a flame in relief before walking inside and setting him in his bed*
Blaze:funny....I refer to this place as my home..
*In that moment, Blaze chuckles to himself lightly before walking out the door, one of his tails flicking up and placing a small automatic turret on the roof to ward of intruders. As he walks he looks up to the night sky, the meteors still falling form the sky, he walks back inside the house and jumps onto the couch. He smiles to himself lightly as he drifts into slumber*
((There, doggy be alive again. 15,343 characters, there are probably some mistakes, but I'm a bit to tired to care right now...night all))

*Nova is looking around after just waking up*


*Silver wakes up and soon gets up*

*Lilly wakes up near Nova.*

*nova walks over to Lilly and she has a splinter in her paw, she whimpers*
hurt.......

Lilly: Here let me see. *She looks at Nova's paw and gently pulls out the splinter.*

*Nova smiles*
mom help!
*she hugs Lilly*

*Lilly smiles.*

Lilly: Your welcome. So what should we do today?

*Nova tilts her head*
I don't know......

*Alice is hard at work, stacking bricks on top of Demi's limbs. She's somehow managed to drag her all the way out to the middle of the forest during the night. The bricks are meant to weight her limbs down so that she can't move. What she doesn't know is that she's close to Xana*
Alice-" Breakfast" ^_^

*Starlight walks up to Alice and smacks her across the head*
stop it!

Lilly: Well we could go to town or explore.

*Demi is crying.*

*Alice tumbles across the ground from the impact and starts crying loudly, holding her head. Xana is staring blankly at them after hearing the screaming*
Xana-" ...Did you just hit a baby?"

*Starlight picks up Demi and looks at Xana*
It will only be one time....it usually only takes one time for them to listen......
*she walks over to Alice*
Now....you will stop trying to eat or hurt Demi....got it....
*she rubs Alice's head*

*Tokala is laying under a shady tree, trying to make sure that Lilac stays cool from the desert sun. He looks around.*
"Where should we go...."

*Trarek is back at Treasure Town, at Sharpedo Bluff. He has the scale in his hand, examining it.*
"Hmmm..."
*He notices that it is pink, not blue.*
"Odd....Shiny Dragonair?"

*Silver walks to Trarek*
