Mystery Dungeon Rp/Story

*Ace is asleep on the ground not too far from where an earlier 'pitfall' of sorts had opened up, not having been awake to witness any of it. She rolls over, slowly moving precariously closer to the opening behind her.*

*Several rock Pokemon crawl out of the hole behind Ace and start tearing down the mostly burned buildings still left in the town. It seems as if they don't want any trace left of the place*

*the noise that they're making is finally enough to wake her up.*

*Ace is still groggy and isn't quite sure what's happening.*

*One of the rock Pokemon find a small child, badly burned in the rubble. Without a second thought, it throws the child into the hole, knowing it won't survive the long fall*

*He ducks behind some rocks before waiting for them to pass by, after that he makes his way even deeper into the cave system*
Kane:....





*Blaze yawns and stretches before sitting up*

*although her vision is still a little blurred Ace notices the child tumble past her. She stumbles, then leaps towards it, catching it before it hits the ground. Impact with the solid rock breaks her arm, which she absentmindedly tried to use to break the fall.*

*All of the rock Pokemon deep in the cave system turn when they hear Ace hit the floor of it. When the child starts crying a little, one of the Pokemon turn and sees Kane. While all the others rush towards Ace, the one that saw Kane picks up a sharp rock and starts trying to stab him*

*He ducks and starts backing up, dodging it's attacks, he looks back at Ace*
Great...

*Ace holds the child protectively, looking around at all of the rock pokemon.*

*The rock Pokemon makes one last jab at Kane's head, trying to stab him. On the other side of Kane is another deep hole. Kane dodges, the Pokemon falls to its death. Kane doesn't dodge, Kane dies*

*The child holds onto Ace, thinking she's her mother for some reason. All of the other rock Pokemon lean onto Ace, trying to tear her limb from limb*

*Kane dives and dodges the attack and watches the pokemon fall to it's death before looking back at Ace*
Kane: get out of there!

*Ace notices the hole over by Kane and leaps over him towards it, clutching the child and gritting her teeth.*
If I mess this up, i'm gonna die.
*she nods at Kane before plunging headfirst into the pit.*

*Poor little Pokemanz be dead. Sam's screams of pain echo through the hallways as her broken leg continues to give her problems.*

*The child just wraps it's arms up tighter around her. Creepy littl Zorua child be creepy*

*Kanes ears perk up and he turns towards the screams before starting to run*

*A trickle of blood comes from a cut on his forehead from the sharp rock, staining his white fur, turning it a dark pinkish*

*Ace spins quickly, flinging the rock pokemon off of her, and then wall-jumps back up to the edge of the hole.*

*She looks at the Zorua she's holding.*

I think it thinks I'm its mother or something.....
*She starts walking, looking for an exit.*

*Sam's screams in the cave are coming from inside her dungeon cell. A large, solid steel door is blocking the way to the dungeon. The Zorua is looking over Ace's shoulder at the direction of Sam's screams, still worried by them*

*Ace turns and walks in the direction of the Zorua's gaze, just now hearing the screams.*

*Kane skids to a stop behind a wall to let some guards pass, he takes off again as soon as it's clear before stopping in front of Sam's cage*
Sam?!

*Ace breaks into a run and nearly runs into kane.*

*She takes a good long look at Sam's cage, trying to figure out how to get her out.*
