Mystery Dungeon Rp/Story

*Popcorn lands next to here and starts eating the electricity.*

*Melody smiles and leans down so it can tug on the when she notices Derek up ahead.*

Melody: Derek? I was looking for you.

*The baby lifts itself out of her arms and crawls onto her head by tugging on her whiskers. Derek just flashes Melody a note with his hurt hand and keeps on walking towards the small town ahead of him.*
Derek-" Not now. I have business to attend to."

Lilly: And if he kills her?

*Melody glances down at the note then at him and goes after him.*

Melody: Wait a min I heard whats going on. How about we talk as we walk?

*Xerc is staring intently at Derek*

Derek-" I'd really rather not. I have too much on my mind right now. Need to get a few chalks and oils for an antidote, and I'm still needing to gather some info on someone I'm looking for. Having you along is going to make info harder to come by."
*He sticks the note into his feathers before going back to rubbing his hurt hand while walking.*

Tasha is dragging Nova.

Tasha-"I won't let Gwampa hurt Alysa...If he does I'll zap him."

Ninetailed Fox said:

Lilly: And if he kills her?

*Melody glances down at the note then at him and goes after him.*

Melody: Wait a min I heard whats going on. How about we talk as we walk?

Blaze: He'll have to deal with the consequences of knowing he killed an innocent little girl who did nothing to with what was going on.

Melody: Well I'll make this quick then. I doubt your daughter Lilly would of had a flying rodent as a kid. If she hasn't been with anyone you can tell by doing an examination. You should never rush into anything blindly it could ruin your life and haunt you for the rest of your days. So who are you after besides them? Someone I might know?

Lilly: And if we live so would we.

*Nova really doesn't make a effort to do anything as she just curls up into a ball, and lets out one last whimper*

Derek-" Well, that's all a bit irrelevant at this point. My daughter would never let me do an examination on her, no matter what happens. She's too proper when it comes to me. She would probably just get enraged if I asked to do an examination and run off. And I've already gave them a death sentence with a poison I made. Even if someone started on a cure, it wouldn't be finished for days. I've got the only suppressants, and there's barely enough here for me."
*He shakes a white bottle filled with blue pills in the air.*
Derek-" No. Person I knew before you were born. Darko Kravich. Guy's disappeared off the map for near 100 years."

*Lilly goes over to Nova and picks her up.*

Lilly: Your strong you'll be okay.
Melody: Poison really? Since when did you use that over your sword. Besides given the choice between death and an examination I think she would of took the examination. I've never heard of the guy or if I have I don't recall it. What did he do to you?

Derek-" Decided to do it since I've known Lilly for so long. She'll know she's going to die, but she can live out her last hours as whatever type of whore she wants to be. She can spend it with that messed up family of her's. Tell you what though, if you can get her to me before she dies, I'll consider giving her that examination."
*Putting his hands behind his head, he walks into the town's old hotel. A beat up old shack of a place.*
Derek-" I wouldn't worry about the guy. I'll find out exactly what he did to me when I talk to him."

Melody: Honestly she seems like the honest type. She would of told you if she messed up. If I get to her and her family in time you need to tell me where I can meet you at. If the examination turns up that you were wrong then you need to give her and her family some pills of their own. So your not sure what this guy did to you yet your going after him just the same? *She looks at him puzzled.*

Derek-" Fine. I'll be at an old warehouse down the street from here. If I'm wrong about this one, I'm going to do everything it takes to make it right. I'll give them everything I have and never stop apologizing. That's how confident I am that I'm right on this one. And about her being honest.... That may be so most of the time, but I know what love can do to your head. It can make you act out of character and lie through your teeth. As for the guy, it's a long story. I'll tell you some other time."
*And with that, he closes a rotten old door to seal himself off from Melody.*

Melody: Alright. *She looks down at the baby.* I better get you back home before I go fox hunting. *Holding the baby close she dashes off top speed for the cave.*

*The baby just looks up at her and smiles a bit, enjoying the feel of wind blowing through its fur. It giggles and blows a spit bubble in the air while clapping for Melody.*

*Melody glances down at it and smiles.*
Melody: Your enjoying this huh?

((Well I'm off for the night.))

Blaze: She's probably just scared right now...
*He reaches down and picks Nova up*
Blaze: Don't worry...we're just playing...a game. ^_^

*In the same room as Derek the shadows seem to stretch a bit, as the sound of something slowly standing up in them can be heard but nothing can be seen*
??? - It seems that you haven't changed......a lot....Derek.
*The voice seems to be female, coming from within the shadows. The voice is followed by a cracking noise of something shifting positions of where it is standing*

*Nova slowly uncurls and looks up at Blaze*
Game?
*she sniffs as a tear runs down her face*

Blaze: Yeah, a game. We're all fine.
*He kisses the top of her head and sighs*

*Zym sighs as he rubs the back of his head*
Zym: Damn smell of chemicals...keeping me awake.
