Mystery Dungeon Rp/Story

*A loud blaring noise starts to go off in the town, telling everyone to escape as fast as they can. As that happens, Derek sits in a tree, watching everyone pour out of the buildings and head for the hills. Even the Honchkrow and Gothitelle leave their spot by the tree to escape into a nearby forest.*
Derek-" There we go... any minute now..."

Lilly: I think I saw them outside by the river. *She hands Alisa the letter to take to Shadow and frowns as Russell coughs and sits up.*

*Blaze's ears perk up and he takes the sack of cash before dashing off towards the hills*
Blaze: No...no! W did what he asked!


Alia: what was that boom?
*She says taking the letter*

*Derek leans back against a tree and pulls the trigger once everyone is out of the town, causing the retirement home, bank, and children's center to go up in a cloud of fire. A small smile makes its way across Derek's face.*
Derek-" Not bad Melody... not bad at all."

*Zym walks up behind Derek with a fuzzy coat on, and a shopping bag on his arm*
Zym: Did they fail or something?

Derek-" Well, they failed themselves by now. They're going to die, and there's nothing anyone can do about it. They took too long to gather the money. What Pegorino wants is going to take a few days worth of time. The cure will be done in 1 day, and becomes useless to anyone after 2. I'm not going to be willing to give them the cure until after what I want is done, because if I do give it to them early, they have no reason to do what I want. They're going to die."

*Melody who was getting a quick drink from a nearby stream runs over.*

Melody: What happened? Did they mess something up?

*Lilly's ears perk up and she stares outside in shock and horror.*

Lilly: No! These kids and old Pokemon!

*Derek hops out of the tree and puts the detonator in Melody's paws.*
Derek-" Call it covering their tracks. I told the police there were explosives in the buildings. They set off that alarm and evacuated everyone. As far as the police know, the money was never stolen, but burned in the blast. Insurance companies give back everything they lost and more within the next few hours."
*And with that, he puts his hands behind his head and starts wandering off towards the lake outside town.*

Zym: So your going to just let the two and the kids die?
*Hesays following*

Derek-" That's the plan, unless you do me a favor Zym. I want you to go back to the cave, find the Poochyena and Nova, and kidnap them. Tie them up and gag them so they can't struggle or make noise."
*He pulls out three needles. One filled with a grey liquid, two filled with a green liquid. He puts them in Zym's paws.*
Derek-" You'll find a metal collar in my room back at the cave. I want you to take it, and hook the grey liquid up to it. Set the timer for one day and put it on Nova. That will inject her with the grey cure when it's ready. As for the green one, I want you to inject both the Poochyena and Nova with it as soon as you see them. It's an explosive agent that reacts to a certain frequency of noise."
*He holds up a small silver whistle.*
Derek-" Once you have those two well hidden and locked up, return here. I'll be willing to give both Lilly and Blaze the cure, granted they keep working for me. If they don't, I blow this whistle, and both of their children explode."

Zym:...that's a bit too far...but alright...
*He takes them and places them in his coat pocket*
Zym: I'll see you in a couple of hours then.
*With that he takes off back to the cave*

Melody: Not bad not bad at all. *She follows and listens as he gives Zym instructions.* Is that set to a different frequency then normal whistles? If not could be a problem if someone has a dog whistle or a referee's whistle.

Lilly: I don't think you'll have to take that letter to my mom after all..*Her ears droop.* Just watch after the kids for me please while I go talk to Blaze... *With that she heads out of the cave.*

*Derek takes the top off of the whistle, showing a labyrinth of fuses and wires inside of the whistle.*
Derek-" I assure you, nothing else can make this frequency of noise. Now as for you and me, we need to go into town and oversee both the swap between the mafia and Lilly, and make sure the cops thing the money burned in the explosion."
*He wraps the same tattered old blue blanket around himself to hide his sword and wanders off towards the town just as everyone starts returning.*

*Nova is back at the cave holding up a crystal that she found*
pretty....
*she smiles*


*Silver wakes up holding her head*
nightmare....

*Blaze watches as Lilly approaches him in the distance. He then looks over at the evacuated people*



*Alia sighs as he looks over at Russel before pulling him up*
Alia: Come on, we need to go.


*A few minutes later a shadow loams over Nova before she's picked up by the scruff and held up*

*Nova lets out a yelp as she drops the crystal and tries to get free of whoever has her Since she isn't familiar with the scent that the person is giving off. She starts to move her four paws around*
Let go!


*Silver goes over to a pond and washes her face*

*Alysa who was just in the stream looks up as Nova gets grabbed.*

Melody: Alright, you really planned everything out to a t huh? *She follows him watching as all the Pokemon start to come back to the town.*

Russell: Huh whats going on?

*Walking over to Blaze Lilly looks at him.*

Lilly:... He blew everything up didn't he?

Derek-" I don't want any screw ups. I want my answers from Darko, and then I want to leave everything behind me."
*He stands near a building's corner, watching the children and old people cry over their lost homes just as the cops get there and try to put out any remaining flames.*
Derek-" Back there by the forest. That's the new meet point. That's where the Gothitelle and Honchkrow are. That fox better get here fast with the money."

Melody: I'm sure they'll show up fast enough. Their going to be upset about the buildings. *She watches as the flames are being put out though she can see there very little of the buildings left at all.*
Melody: Those places are pretty much flattened.

Alia: Come on, we need to go back to the cave.
*She then takes off into the skies, signiling for him to fallow*


Blaze: Let's just get to your dad and see what he has to Say.
*He turns and starts off towards Derek as quickly as he can*


*Zym looks directly into Nova's eyes*
Zym: I don't want to do this but it's for your safety Nova...
*He then makes his way over to Alysa and picks her up the same way*
