On Gimp and PS you can change the hue to make it different colors. >_>

foreground: shiny umbreon, or any good umbreon
colour: dark

format: whichever works best
other: if the pic of the umbreon could have the rings glowing, or at least noticable, thatd be great.

Color: blues whites blacks reds

I am the suddenly wanting a Rope Snake siggeh and matching Avy. ._.

Background: Red. But not maroon, I do not like Maroon Eggs and Ham, Sam I am. ;_;
Foreground: Rope Snake, he's better than any rope and he's better than any snake.
Color: Break out the reds and maybe even boranges.
Text: None needed, but if ya wanna, I shalln't stop thee~
Size: If it floats for rootbeer, it's fine with me

Other: I had chicken for dinner last night.

Well, here's the problem with you and Nick. You two aren't specifying the dimensions. All you say is max so we don't know whether its an avy or sig

Well it's a siggy, and I dunno what the max dimentions for siggies are. I know avy's max is 100x100 pixels.
